Hi,
I am trying to sell some ebooks to universities and have a few questions about security. Basically, the school pays a license so that the schools students can access the ebooks for free.
We can make it so the link to a free checkout (through the e-junkie cart) is available on their intranet.
My concern is that once this link gets out students from other non-paying schools will get access to it and use it to get free copies.
I think the issue would be resolved if we could disguise the url to the free checkout so that it could not be sent to outsiders.
Is there a solution to this? Please help -- we are trying to set this up for our first university as soon as possible.
Regards,
Patrick
