I had fewer sales today so I checked to make sure that my checkout was operating correctly. I have the new Google Chrome updated and like on other websites, Chrome will not allow me to use the scroll bar to choose a State in the address section of the checkout. I was able to use my arrow keys on my keyboard and it worked but I am sure that a majority of customers won't think of that and may abandon their purchase.

Anything I can do on this end? or do we just need to wait for Google to do an update?

Yikes, I get the same result when I test Chrome at checkout as well. I do not know if this is something we can fix on our end of if this is something Google needs to fix, but I will pass it on to our development team. Thank you for letting us know.

Just a followup to confirm this appears to be due to a general bug with in-page vertical scrollbars in Chrome v.32:

http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=335839

We've been able to reproduce that bug in various pages (not just ours) under Windows 7 only, and inconsistently at that, so there may be other contributing factors in play. I notice Google has already released a minor update to v.32.0.1700.102 -- to get that update, open Chrome, go to its main menu > About Google Chrome, which should start an auto-update if your Chrome isn't already current. Close and relaunch Chrome once it's done updating, then see if you can reproduce the bug; we're hoping Google issued a bugfix already.

Thank you. I think it is updated now. The scrollbar seems to work now in Chrome and I haven't been able to replicate the issue again. All is good. Thanks for looking into it. Great support staff as usual.
