I'm the lone affiliate for a product. The main seller of the product doesn't even have the product for sale anywhere on his own site. I have a direct link on my site, which is the only such direct link we know of.



One sale of the product has been made, but no affiliate commission was granted (on my end or in the sellers log either).



I'm confident the direct link on my site is correct. I've tested it with a $0 discount code and receive notification emails.



How could someone have bought the product but no commission/sale be recorded if I'm the only affiliate? Are there browser security settings that could prevent the tracking of things?

Hmm, with direct links no cookies are even involved, your affiliate status is included as part of the order information so there would not be any unusual security settings causing problems. The best we can do for your end would be to double check that the direct link you have is correct, otherwise this would be something that your merchant would need to contact us about so that we can go into the records from their end.
