In talking to customer support, one message tells me I do not need to be verified, while another customer support email I got says the opposite.

it says nothing about needing to be verified ( ie adding your bank account ) yet I am being told that I do need to be verified.



Can someone explain whether I need to be or not?

Your PayPal account does not need to be verified to use it with E-junkie. However, if transactions are not being sent from PayPal to E-junkie they may need to be approved within your PayPal account.
