Today we've had numerous reports from our clientele saying they got an IP Blocked warning message when they attempted to log into the E-junkie Dashboard, upload files, or update settings there. This problem is not the affected users' fault.
Something changed this past night in the Amazon server provisions where our services operate, causing a private IP (not reachable from the Internet at large), which our servers use to communicate with each other behind the scenes, to somehow trigger an automated IP Blocking routine we use to shut out potential hacking/denial-of-service activity.
Fortunately, it appears this issue has not affected our shopping cart, purchase button/link, or digital delivery functions, which remain working normally.
Our Dev/Ops team is currently investigating the reason for this problem and will correct the issue as soon as possible. We'll update this thread as more becomes known, including when the matter is resolved.
