Is there a way that I can make it so when a customer replies to the email they were sent with their purchase, it replies to a different email? For example, the code is sent from code@domain.com, but if there is an issue, their reply automatically goes to help@domain.com. Thanks!

We have no way to set a Reply-To: email that differs from the From: email; however, the From: address would be your Display Email, so that should be an email address where you expect to receive contacts and replies from your buyers. You can change that setting in Seller Admin > Edit Profile.
