Can E-junkie reporting filter repeat customers or is it something we must do ourselves once we download the report into excel?

Once you open the Transaction Log you can use the Search section to limit the transaction log to certain specifics, and you can use the Payer's E-mail address or Payer's Last Name as your search criteria.
