Please tell me there's some way to remove the new and incredibly-annoying social networking header. Seeing its there makes me less likely -- much less likely -- to tell others about e-Junkie, not more likely. I've checked the various settings screens, and see no way to remove this annoying intrusion from my e-Junkie workspace.

I don't have a Facebook account, I don't use Google Buzz, and I don't like to use my Twitter account for anything that even begins to hint of spamming. So please, make it go away.

Thanks for your feedback. Funny thing, we were worried it might go completely unnoticed! We'll be adding a close/hide button to our social toolbar that will also set a cookie to remember that preference. :^)

Thank you -- and I'm not sure how anyone could miss a fixed <div> tag as they scroll, but then again, I'm constantly amazed at what people see and don't see on the web.

Again, thanks for (hopefully soon  ) giving us the option to hide the bar.

I'm happy to see the really important issues being addressed.

Landro, while you may not find this important, it's something that affects my usability of the site on a daily basis, and as such, it's very annoying.

E-junkieGuru, any progress on a 'get rid of this' button? I see the header was reorganized, but it's still there, and still a fixed div that refuses to go away...

thanks!

I agree...I clicked Like cause I like it...otherwise, make it go away now, lol!
