Hi



I need to know how to remove comments from the buynow screen with Paypal.



A customer left lies on a note and had an account blocked. Complete waste of time and money.



Does Ejunkie allow comments to be removed or do i need to go elsewhere?

There is a setting to disable that in your PayPal account profile, but it appears that is not taking effect on checkouts coming from our cart for some reason, so I've asked Development to research the matter and see if there's something we could do about that.

Development has now made a slight change in how our cart sends checkouts to PayPal, so that should now respect the preference in your PayPal account > Profile > My Selling Tools > Block Payments screen > Display "Add Instructions to Seller" text input field -- this will remove the option to add a "Note to Seller" during your PayPal checkouts.
