I had someone order 3 downloads and was charge for 4 do I just refund them through my paypal account?

That does not sound technically possible. You can check the payment details in your PayPal account to see what they paid for each download.



Anyway, you can send them a partial refund from your PayPal account. The refund option is given on the payment detail page in PayPal.
