Hello,
I'm a new seller using E-junkie to sell digital downloads of software training courses for Windows. I set up and tested two digital download projects, both hosted on my Amazon S3 site due to their large size (around 1 gigabyte).
I used E-Junkies Redirection service to sell the goods and soon after I started receiving complaints from customers that the product would not download. Investigating further I found that the redirect service does not work for Internet Explorer users at all. Here's what happens:-
Customer clicks link in the e-mail, which opens in Internet Explorer
Page opens and says "Click here to access Windows 7 Superguide - Download version."
Customer clicks the Click here link, Internet Explorer says "Do you want to save this file, or find a program online to open it". (why does it say this, it should say "Do you want to run or save this file").
Customer clicks "Save" and nothing happens, the download window just closes without downloading the file.
Redirects work fine in Firefox, but I don't think it's acceptable to tell everyone to use Firefox, please help Ejunkie staff!
