Recent Transaction are Not Showing Up in Transaction Log

Hi EJunkie,

After the recent "OUTAGE: E-junkie Dashboard, Cart & Card Checkout" (4/19/23) the cart and checkout seems to be working.

But if I go to Transaction Log page, the recent post Outage Transactions do not show up. The sale seems to be going through but the data in Transactions Log is empty for that sale.

If I click on main Dashboard page of Recent Transactions on the ID link, it takes me to Transaction Log page which is also empty.

Not sure if you are aware of this issue or not.

Thanks for reporting that problem, I see what you mean. That is likely related to the database corruption issue we experienced last night, which was repaired and resolved as of 4am MST/PDT this morning.

We've reported your issue to our Devs for investigation and correction. Meanwhile, you should have received a "You had a sale" email from us listing the order details for your reference. The missing transactions from this morning should appear in your Transaction Log once our Devs sort out the reason why they aren't already showing up there.
