You can customize the thank-you email messages we send your buyers -- e.g., to add an offer to provide an .epub
version of your ebook upon request. Buyers can simply hit Reply on these emails to contact you via the Display Email address you'd specify in your E-junkie account profile. This help page explains more about thank-you emails and how to customize them:
We maintain a Buyer Group mailing list for each of your products, listing the names/emails of buyers who purchased that product and opted-in to subscribe to receive further emails from you during/after checkout. You can download these Buyer Group lists from your E-junkie Dashboard under Manage Buyers > View/Edit Email Lists, or just use them with our built-in Updates & Newsletters service covered here:
Your E-junkie Transaction Log also provides a full record of the details for all orders we have processed for you, including buyer names/emails regardless of whether they opted-in to subscribe. You can download your log data via View/Download Logs > Transaction Log:
In the latter case, if you choose to import those emails to another email service, it would be up to you and that service to establish those recipients' opt-in consent to receive mailings, for compliance with EU GDPR and/or any other applicable legal requirements.
