I'm trying to use E-Junkie to sell cables. I mainly have 4 products, but for each of the 4, the customer can select the length of cable (from 6 inches up to 100 feet in increments of 6 inches), the color of cable (seven colors), and the color of the cable-ends (also seven colors). Now, if I'm understanding E-junkie's "variants" system correctly, AND, if I am doing my math correctly, there are approximately 9,800 (200 different possible lengths * 7 cable colors * 7 cable-end colors) product combinations that I will have to account for. That means I will have to create 9800 lines in the "variant maker". Plus, like I said, I have 4 products will these same features, and 9800*4=a lot.

My question to anyone out there is -- can I do this an easier way? Am I missing a piece of e-junkie's functionality that would make this better?

Oh, I forgot to mention, each of the cable lengths has a different price. Please help, ASAP! thank you!!

You need to check both "variant" checkboxes. In the first screen you get after that, you'll see option to create "price affecting variants". There enter "Length" in Option1 and then you need to enter 200 lines in the big box below corresponding to 200 lengths as they

have different prices as per the instructions on that page.

In next screen, enter "Cable Color" in option1 and "Cable End Colors" in options 2 and then provide 7 values for both those options in the corresponding values below.
