Question about selling CDs and downloadable content

I make records for a small label in Chicago. I'd like to start selling downloadable content using both Paypal and Google Checkout. Since for now I'll be selling digital downloads and actual CDs, do I need to get a business license for either Paypal or Google Checkout?

You do not need a business license to open a PayPal or Google Checkout account.
