How do I check to see that downloads are the quality, format, and generally coming out as I designed them to be? This was my first publication and I did all of the work myself. Can a trial download be done?
We don't alter the files. Buyers download the exact same file as you upload. To test a download, please use "Admin > Send free thank you email/download" feature.
