With your service is there a way to discount by the quanity of the item? Like if you buy 1-9 = $5 | 10-19 = $4 ... I need something like that

You can create "order total" based discounts in E-junkie Seller Admin > Cart Discounts. There is no option to create "quantity" based discounts.
