Hello, you can just cancel your subscription and let your account lapse, then when you're ready to resume selling, just drop us a line, and we'll be glad to revive your account and products at that time for a new free trial period to get you back on your feet.
We can revive products for at least a year after your account lapses, though more than 30 days out you might need to reupload files for any download products you sell, so make sure you have a backup copy of those just in case. In actual practice we've never permanently deleted anything, but in case that informal policy ever changes, we promise to keep things revivable for at least that long.
