PSD2 - SCA and 3DS - PayPal Authentication

I keep getting reminded by PayPal that need to prepare for PSD2 (The Second Payments Services Directive) along with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) and 3-D Secure (3DS). They say deadline is 14th September and all checkouts must be ready for this.

I am assuming that e-junkies is on top of this and we as end users don't have to worry about this. Is that correct?
