If you don't add listings to your E-junkie Shop (which feeds into our general Marketplace) for your products, then your affiliate program will not be listed in the Marketplace for other affiliates to find.
To sign up your 10 pre-approved affiliates, go into your Seller Admin > Affiliate Program Settings and copy the href= URL of your sign-up link, then just go Back out of that screen; the URL will resemble this example:
https://www.e-junkie.com/affiliates/?cl=XXXXXX&ev=randomstringhere
Then just send that URL to each of your 10 affiliates personally, so they can join your program and obtain their affiliate link code from their own Affiliate Admins.
You may want to click your own sign-up link to join your own program (your existing E-junkie login should work fine for this, no need to register with a new account), so you can see what your affiliates would see in Affiliate Admin and direct them accordingly. You can use the Sellers and Affiliates tabs at the top of our site to choose which Admin you want to see while you're logged in.
