Product Card not showing paragraph

The product card is not displaying the paragraph section on the check out page.

We're not quite sure what you mean; could you clarify? Your Product Card and thank-you pages currently appear to be showing all the custom text/HTML you have added in your settings.

On the product card for coil bound book it is NOT showing this on the purchase page but shows it in the backend:

"Choose whether you would like the Black & White ($25.99) or the Colour Art ($31.99) print version.

It generally takes 1-5 business days for the book to be printed. I will send a confirmation email once it's shipped."

I'd post screen shots but I don't see a place to add images.

I am currently seeing that paragraph on your Product Card sales page for that item. If you're still not seeing it, your browser may be showing you an old copy of the page it cached from an earlier visit. Try force-reloading the page by holding the Ctrl key (on PC) or Shift key (on Mac) while you click the Reload icon in your browser; that will bypass your cache and download everything on the page completely fresh from our server.

Sorry, that didn't work. I also tried it on other computers and browsers. My shop page is also only showing the contact form.

Your Shop page will show only a contact form if you have not chosen to show any products in your Shop. To make products visible in your Shop, see step 9 here:

Thank you. I had done everything but add the tags, guess that was the key.

I resolved the product card listing with the addition of the tags as well.
