Hi, I'm having trouble with the free thank you email I've been trying to send myself. I have tried several times without success but haven't received any emails via my inbox or my spam filter.

For an item which has generated codes, stored codes, download or redirection checked, this will only happen if you have enabled "templated email" option in your product configuration but did not enter an e-mail message. For an item which has none of above checked, make sure you enter an e-mail message.
