I have been selling with e-Junkie for several months now, but in the last week or so I've gotten several customers all emailing me about the same problem: they can start the download of the product, but it is very slow and never makes progress beyond the beginning of the download. This only affects their e-Junkie downloads and they can download files from other sites just fine. This is only affecting a small percentage of customers but it is apparently a new and annoying issue since I have to manually fulfill all of these orders. Anyone else seeing this? Does anyone at e-Junkie know what might be happening?
