Problems with downloads to tablets and phones

I am having some trouble with customers trying to download vouchers purchased when they are using tablets and phones, any suggestions?

Hi, unfortunately mobile devices don't always work well with internet downloads -- especially Apple's devices. The best bet is to download to a PC first and then move any files or documents over to the device to be accessed there later.

Older Apple iPhones/iPads in particular may require the device to have an app installed that can open files of your type before they would download any files of that type.

Apple iOS 11 and newer finally comes with a native Files app that can handle files of unknown types, but earlier versions of the iOS Safari browser would refuse to download files of any type that could not be opened by any app installed on the device.
