I've had a number of users complain that they can't download my ebook and after 5 attempts, their link expires. I thought it was all iPad people, but I had someone on a Android a few days ago as well. I'm not sure what the issue is and I don't have a tablet to test it.



Any suggestions?

Mobile users who are having trouble should try downloading to a PC and then transferring the file to their device from there. Unfortunately the problem is often specific to the device itself and there's nothing we can do on this end to make the process easier.
