Hi! An e-check has cleared for us, on Feb. 1, yet no PayPal APN has been sent to us or apparently to you (to activate a sending of a stored PIN). Is this happening to others this last weekend? Problem??? Should I block the transaction with the transaction number and send PIN manually to cutomer or should we wait another day? I guess customer wouldn't have been notified either?? Thnx
