Problem Uploading File

I'm trying to upload a file for vending. The file is a PDF compilation. There are a lot of files. I have compressed them in a zip file that's only 448MB. As I try uploading, I keep getting the same message flashing on the upload screen, "Initiating File Upload," as if it's stuck on the same action. Am I doing things correctly or do I have to format my file differently?

This issue can occur if your firewall or a firewall along your network or any other internet protection software (like the one which comes with your anti-virus) is interfering with the upload process.



If you are unable to disable it and upload the file, you can simply upload the file on your site, email us the link and we'll upload it for you.
