Hello,

I am working on an ebook which I plan to offer via e-junkie but I would like to have the buyers of the ebook be automatically sent to an associated membership site with additional videos and other resources as free bonuses to the buyer. I think I will be using WordPress with the s2Member plugin. I would like to automate this process as much as possible so that after the buyer downloads the ebook from e-junkie, he/she is automatically sent to the membership sign up page with the e-junkie transaction information sent as well so that the membership sign up form has the transaction details already included and the buyer only needs to configure profile info AND so the membership script can verify and approve the new members as having bought the original ebook. Is this possible and how would I go about it?

Thanks for any help or ideas on how to do this.

You might want to consider this method of embedding our thank-you page content (including download links) inside a thank-you page on your own site:

However, the data we can pass to that page via the redirection itself is somewhat limited:

You would probably also want to disable product-specific thank-you emails (tick the box to Enable Templated Email in the product's settings but leave the Email Message field there blank), so buyers would only get your Common Thank-you Email with a link to activate the redirection to your site's thank-you page, in case they did not proceed there following checkout.

A more reliable and comprehensive method of posting order data to your end would use our custom/3rd-party Integration feature:

When your system receives the data by that latter method, it could just create an account in your system for the buyer automatically, and perhaps email the buyer a separate invitation to access their account and personalize their profile there.

One of these methods should work for me, I think.

Thanks for the information and the links, E-junkieGuru.
