Rather than being "licensed" e-commerce software that you install on your own server, E-junkie is a "hosted" solution or "software as a service" that you subscribe to, which is centrally-managed on our servers and shared in common among all sellers who use our solution. As such, with our type of solution it's not possible to have all aspects of purchase occur "self-contained" entirely on your own server under your own domain.
However, in a typical implementation the role of E-junkie in your online order-handling is not readily apparent to buyers. We provide ready-made cart button codes which you simply copy and paste into your own Web site pages, wherever you want the buttons to appear among your own layout, text and images, and the buyer's shopping cart would appear as an overlay "inside" your own page.
Checkout in particular will always occur apart from your own domain, either on a payment processor's secure checkout site (e.g. PayPal) or on a secure checkout page we manage for card-based direct payments under our "fatfreecartpro.com" domain, which is also the domain we use for thank-you/download pages we generate for you.
Buyers do not need to "sign up" with E-junkie in order to place an order with you. If you use a payment processor such as PayPal to handle your checkout payments, the buyer would simply sign into their existing account with that service or register for a new one, or the payment processor may have an option to just pay with a card instead of using an account. The payment services we support are explained and listed here:

After checkout, you can redirect to a thank-you page on your own site instead of using the thank-you pages we generate for you, and you can even display our thank-you page content (including download links) inside your site's thank-you page as explained here:

If you will have an affiliate program, where you recruit affiliates as "sales reps" to refer buyers to your site in exchange for a commission on purchases resulting from their referrals, each affiliate would need to sign up for their own account on the E-junkie site, so they can obtain their own referral link code from their E-junkie Affiliate Admin and monitor their commission earnings there. This help page explains our built-in affiliate system and related settings in detail:
