Hey guys..

over the last 6 months or whatever.. I have grown used to using e-junkie.. things integrated without too much trouble (tips and tricks on hacking/overwriting the CSS of their code to match your theme would be a great addition/help in this migration to e-junkie)

however.. I find we are outgrowing the plans very quickly..

while I understand space, bandwidth..etc all have a post (even though space is getting cheaper by the day)..

but the limit on products is VERY 'small' compared to the costs.. (especially for database entries)..

Has the pricing for your current plans been re-evaulated recently? Are there any plans to lowering pricing?

I understand/accept paying a bit more to host digital products off-site (on your own servers)..

but we're currently at 120 digital products/500MB ($27) (small audio type files).. (off site hosting option..etc)

but 120 goes by fast... and this is the second time we have upgraded our plan (costs).. and still we need to expand.

the next plan is $40!!!!!.. and only gives you more product slots... but not more space?

Are there custom plans/packages available? or some other solution that can be reached?

the problem for US is 'slots'.... (and not paying an arm and leg each month..on top of paypal fees, hosting...and everything else).. not so much the space...

My partners are pushing to move away from e-junkie.... for a more permanent, one time purchase..and not a huge/large monthly fee that were being forced/pushed into..

I have spent time to integrate e-junkie this far.. so Im not wanting to give up so fast..and go to iDev or whatever other platforms they want to explore.

I figured Id post here and see what can be done if anything?

thanks

Bear in mind if you're using Remotely Hosted Downloads, you can use an unlimited amount of storage space on your own server; the 500 MB storage limit only applies to files you actually upload to our server. Of course, you can make unlimited sales of each product regardless of your plan level; you only need a separate product slot for each different product (file) you want to sell. Many sellers with a large number of small files economize by selling them in multi-file "packs" or "collections", combined into a single .zip file for each pack/collection they sell.

Upgrading to the next larger plan level would more than double your product "slots" from 120 to 250 for only $13/mo more -- a 48% price increase for 108% additional capacity. That said, we could send you a link for a custom plan level to split the difference between your current and next-larger standard plan levels; send an email to support if you'd like to take up this offer:
