Greetings - we have had a few customers come to complain during the processing of their order on the Check Out page stating that they are not able to complete purchase until they include a Phone Number which is suppose to be an "Optional" field. Is anyone else running into this issue.

In your E-junkie Seller Admin > Payment Preferences, there is a setting to "Tell payment processor to make it mandatory to provide a phone number". If that setting is UNchecked, then the phone requirement may be coming from a setting in your payment processor (PayPal/etc.) account, unrelated to any settings at our end.
