Personalized ebook - How to do it?

I am creating a health a fitness ebook with meal plans. On my website, there is an in depth questionnaire for customers to fill out and based on their results, they will get a personalized ebook. Examples of the customizations will include: allergies, activity level, food preferences, etc.

I am just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to automate the process of putting these sections together and sending out the ebook to customers.

I have found two other websites doing something similar

I find it hard to believe that these companies are hand crafting each ebook. So if anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, just to mention, each personalization will be pre written and ready to put into any variation of ebook.

Unfortunately, our system has no way to customize the file or issue a different file for each buyer. You can still use us to sell your ebooks, but you'd need to send each buyer their custom file manually or find some other service that can assemble and send the proper file for you.
