For my first command, I've first received a confirmation email from paypal, telling me I had well received a 70$USD payment on my paypal account, but then a 'pending multi_currency' notification from ejunkie:

"Pending Payment - multi_currency

> txn_type: XX

> payment_date: 15:16:52 Oct 27, 2007 PDT

> last_name: XXX

> residence_country: XX

> pending_reason: multi_currency

> item_name: XXXXX

> payment_gross: 70.00

> mc_currency: USD

> ..."

I've checked my transactions log and it doesn't appear. I've checked my paypal account and I'm always at 0.00$

I suppose my customer hasn't been redirected to my php script because I can't find him in my database. I will try to contact him to have more details.

Can you explain what's going wrong?

Payment is pending in your PayPal account due to your PayPal settings. We will process the payment once you accept it in your PayPal account. Also, when you accept it, PayPal will store your preferences for these type of payments.

If you can't see the payment at all in your PayPal account, then please make sure that you are logging in to the right PayaPal account (the one which you've entered in E-junkie profile)

27 days later

How does the pending payment feature work? I have one order that is now pending in the system because of echeck! Will your system deliver it once it's been verified as paid thru paypal?

If the payment is pending in your PayPal due to your PayPal preferences, then when you accept the payment (PayPal will also ask your preference and store it at that time), E-junkie will process the sale as usual.

If the payment is an echeck payment, it takes a few days to clear and when it does, we'll process the sale as usual.

However, you can choose to ignore the pending status of the payment for PayPal in E-junkie Admin > Preferences, in which case we will process pending payments as normal payments.

If the payment is pending in your Google Checkout account (usually the status will be "reviewing"), then Google Checkout staff will manually review the payment and if it's approved, our system will then process it as usual.
