Hi there,

I'm totally new to this so plz make allowances for dumb questions etc.

Strongly considering signing up for monthly e-junkie $5 subscription to sell ebook from my site(and poss later on ebay too).

1)I have a Paypal UK business account - Website Payments Standard - which, as I understand it so far, covers buyers who want to pay with Paypal OR credit cards. To start paying e-junkie's monthly subscription I'd initially add funds from my uk bank account into my Paypal account, which e-junkie would then debit monthly. However if the funds are in GBP would Paypal or E-junkie charge a conversion fee on top of the subscription? Obviously I'd have asked Paypal first but I can't see any forum and their contact form isn't much help.

2)When uploading the ebook file to E-junkie is a Word .doc file ok, or does it need to be pdf or something?

3) Is there a separate subscription fee for free ebook download(s) I'd want to offer as bonuses on my website ebook sales page along with the actual ebook itself? Ebook Word file size is about 175KB and 1 or 2 free ebook downloads would probably add up to a total of say 400 - 500 KB.

Any help/advice gratefully appreciated

Our subscription plans work by helping you set up an automatic payment schedule in your own PayPal account, instructing them to send us the same amount from your PayPal account ever month. You would need to inquire with PayPal Support about their policy regarding any currency conversion fees that might apply. This help page explains how PayPal determines the funding source for your subscription payments:

Each buyer would download an identical copy of whatever file you upload for your product, in the same file format as you uploaded. Although you could upload a .doc file, many buyers may have difficulty opening that if they don't have MS Word or Office installed on their computer. We recommend saving your file as a PDF, which can be opened in any standard PDF reader on any platform, and this would also allow you to use our PDF Stamping feature as a deterrent against file sharing:

Each of our subscription plans allows you to create up to a max. number of products sharing a max. allocation of download storage space on our server, and you can upgrade to a larger plan at any time if needed:

You can set up each of your products with any price including 0.00; if the buyer's cart total is 0.00, they would be able to use our Free Checkout to place their order and receive a download link:
