We recently received the following from PayPal:

We have received a
number of contacts from other customers as well when it comes to
subscription payments that a notification failed transaction is sent to
the customer but our system does not have any record of any attempt at
all. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing both you and the
customer but our technicians a re diligently working to resolve the
problem but unfortunately we cannot give a specific timeframe. It would
be best if the customer would resubscribe for the service.

If you happen to receive a failed transaction notice from PayPal about one of your regularly-scheduled E-junkie Subscription payments -- and ONLY IF you receive such a notice -- you should then perform the following steps:
* Log into E-junkie Seller Admin;
* Click "Cancel Paid Subscription";
* This will take you to log into your PayPal account;
* Approve canceling the recurring payment schedule;
* Go back to E-junkie Seller Admin;
* Click "Start Update Paid Subscription";
* This will take you back to PayPal;
* Approve and fund the new recurring payment schedule in your PayPal account.
