When I enter a tracking number in PayPal (to send a shipping confirmation to the customer), I receive a bounced email with the following error information:

Final-Recipient: rfc822;0P232873AR997513R@dcc.paypal.com

Action: failed

Status: 5.0.0 (permanent failure)

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.1.2 - Bad destination host 'DNS Hard Error looking up dcc.paypal.com (MX): NXDomain' (delivery attempts: 0)

The strange thing is that the buyer's email shows up in PayPal ... just curious why PayPal isn't using that as the notification address for the customer?

Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing, or will I need to send out tracking #'s manually?

That doesn't appear to have anything to do with E-junkie, so we'd recommend contacting PayPal support about that issue.
