I have had several transactions this evening and customers are getting a blank dl screen and no email. I am getting the Paypal notifications but no eJunkie notifications and when I check in my transaction log in my admin section these transactions are not showing up. Can someone help me get this fixed. This looks terrible to my customers.

There appears to be some sort of IPN delay going on at PayPal's end currently; we have not received any IPNs from them since about 6pm MST -- see further details and news as it develops in our Service Status & Updates forum here:

IPNs have started trickling in again from PayPal, starting around 7:30pm MST, though it may take them a little time to fully catch up with their backlog of delayed IPNs.

?? Hmmmm.. well I have an inbox of e-junkie emails giving me notification of a SALE..

but STILL no matching PayPal emails... saying that payment was made!

Sooooooo.....? Did these customers actually GET their emails so they can download their purchases or what?

I definitely dont wanna have to re-send any kind of emails/links back out.. (especially if falls that insane rule of having to PAY you guys to re-send stuff out or how that trick works).. and even more so since this error wasnt on MY end.

I didnt start getting PayPa emails for purchases until around 11:00pm (central) !!!

only thin up until that point was just EJ emails.. no matching PayPal emails/notifications)

If you received Sale Notification emails from us and/or see the affected orders listed in your E-junkie Transaction Log, that confirms we received IPN from PayPal confirming those completed payments and processed those orders for you accordingly (issued links, sent emails, logged the order details, and forwarded the order data to any custom/third-party integration URLs you may have set up).

Payment receipt emails are sent from PayPal's end and thus are unfortunately beyond our control or scrutiny, but it sounds like PayPal's issues last night delayed their ability to send those out in a timely fashion.
