I was wondering if anyone knows of a solution to fixing this issue.



PayPal MultiOrder Shipping.

File -

Print Package List-



Under Order Details:

Item Number, Title: n/a, n/a



Names and Address show but no item info or quantity. I need a pic list.



Any help would be amazing.

Go to PayPal -

Under My Account Tools -

Multi-Order Shipping Tool.



The orders show up with the correct name and address.



But in the Multi- Order Shipping Tool.....the Print Package List function under File is not pulling the item name and quantity.

Any help would be great. It might be a paypal issue but I thought I might ask. Let me know if you have any other questions.

When we send order data to Paypal at the time the buyer is purchasing, PayPal chooses which data they want to display and how. In this case PayPal does not see the names of the products as data that needs to be displayed since the shopping cart is in our system and so they do not list the products in their shipping tools.
