Transaction IDs serve as proof of purchase identifying a specific payment, so it's really not a good idea to post those in public like this; you may want to edit your post to remove them.
We're not clear what you're asking us for, or what exactly your question is?
All of those transactions have been processed by now (as indicated by the fact they appear in your E-junkie transaction log at all) and you'll notice all the Google Checkout ones were processed within a minute (the first date/time is when the payment was initiated, the second date/time is when our system received confirmation of Completed payment from the payment processor.
There is nothing we can do if PayPal has some issue on their end that is delaying how quickly they can either Complete a payment or send us an IPN to confirm a Completed payment. My suggestion to look up IPN Status in your PayPal History was so you have a way to tell whether PayPal has sent us IPN yet or not. If you see a payment with Completed status and IPN sent that is not showing up in your E-junkie log, that may indicate a problem at our end, so you can email us that Txn ID for us to investigate further. If you see that payment's status is not Completed, or its IPN has not been sent, then the holdup is at PayPal's end.
Likewise, we send out a thank-you email the very instant that we receive confirmation of completed payment, but once that email is sent, there's nothing we can do to make it get to the recipient any faster than it does. There may be transient network routing glitches across the Internet between our datacenter and the recipient's ISP, or their ISP may be dealing with an unusually high mail volume (such as when there's a major spam surge) that's backlogged their mail queue and delaying their ability to post emails to their acutal inboxes in a timely fashion.
