The past couple of days, Paypal sends order emails from "member@paypal.com".



If you have Gmail, it has the result of grouping all orders into one massive thread, making it harder to provide support and search for orders. I remember Paypal tried this last year but then reverted back after complaints.



Any way to work around this?

We could only suggest using your E-junkie Sale Notification emails and/or your E-junkie Transaction Log to look up order details. This help page explains more about using your Transaction Log:

If you're not receiving Sale Notification emails from us, make sure you have "Receive E-junkie Sale Notifications" checked in your Seller Admin > Account Preferences screen.
