I'm trying to set my Paypal email, but it already said it's in use - can someone contact me and tell my if there is another account out there that has my current login email as the Paypal email?

Would you mind sharing? You're not the only person who might have this issue. I'm having the same problem.

If I figure it out, I'll post back...

Instead of my main PayPal email address I used one of my alternate emails and it worked -- so the issue isn't on the PayPal end, I think. I don't remember ever signing up at ejunkie before. But my PayPal email address IS out in the spamosphere, so it's possible that someone attempted to hijack it....hey, send me money, please

Yes, the issue in this case is that there is another E-junkie account with the PayPal e-mail address in it. If you do get this error you can always e-mail our support team and we can look up the old account. Allowing you to hopefully login to the old account and change the information.

I found it out -- I'm in the affiliate program under the old account -- perhaps through one of your other customers. I guess I'll log in and figure out what I signed up to sell :)

Thanks!

BTW, you really only need one E-junkie account for everything you're doing in our system -- whether selling your own products or joining multiple different affiliate programs, one account can do it all. You can use the Sellers and Affiliates tabs at the top of our site to switch which Admin mode you're seeing at any given point.

Yes, but I didn't know I already had an account  Ah well....

Hi! I have the same problem, I'm trying to change the paypal email with my current paypal email but it says that "paypal email already in use". I must that the email is quite new and i don't really remember to have a recent e-junkie account with that email.

Can you help me please? Thank you!

Alex

Any given PayPal Email can only be associated with a single E-junkie account; that's the only way we can match up the payment notifications we receive from PayPal with their corresponding E-junkie seller account.

If you could email our Support team to tell us what PayPal Email you're trying to use, we could tell you which login is already using that, so you could log into that other account and remove the PayPal Email to free it up for your main account:
