Your http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.customization.php is confusing at several sections.
Does the [%address%] varible from PayPal payments show up in the email we create ourselves in the Product Configuration screen Email Optional section if we select Enable Templated Email?
If not then why not? It is data that is in the PayPal info coming to you.
If so then why doesn't it show up when we do a test using the Thank You feature. This feature should mimic the exact email being sent out so we can test our system. If not then a feature to specically test out emails should be created.
We don't want to guess if there is a mistake, misunderstanding or some other type of problem in our customers emails and only see it after a real purchase is made. Even if you guys fill in some type of dummy info for each type of payment option would be great if not then let us fill it in.
