Pay Using Paypal or Pay using credit card button in cart

I have seen a few users carts and wonder why when I click on their view cart...they have an option to pay with paypal account or pay with credit card. Even when you click credit card it brings to the paypal checkout page.



Basically, my questions is, how do I get these two options on my cart? Right now all the user sees is paypal even though when they click it they are given the option to pay with a credit card.



I just want them to be able to jump right from my cart to pay with credit card.

If you want a dedicated button for a card-based checkout in your cart, you would need to either upgrade your PayPal account to PayPal Pro or use Authorize.Net:
