If a buyer clicks our "buy with credit card" button, they're taken to the "billing information" page on fatfreecartpro.com. On that form, there are two buttons: 'Proceed to payment form' and a PayPal graphic button. The first is the one that credit card buyers should use; the second opts the buyer into paying directly with PayPal.
My question is: Do we have any control over the "Proceed to payment form" button's wording? More than one of my buyers has been confused over this language, and I've had to explain that that was the button to click to continue paying by credit card.
The oddity: The first button becomes disabled the instant you click in the Zip/Postal Code field. It then remains disabled, even if you enter a zip code. It's not re-enabled until you click or tab out of the Zip/Postal Code field. This, too, has confused my buyers, who enter a zip code, but wonder why the button isn't clickable.
The button doesn't disable for any other field (many of which are just as required as the zip code), so why does clicking into zip disable it?
