For a Buy Now button, that would indicate that the Item Number referenced in the button code doesn't match the current Item Number of any product in your Seller Admin. When this happens, it's usually because the seller edited the product's Item Number after they'd already pasted button code into their page for that product, so they just need to recopy-paste fresh button codes into their page.
