Our affiliate system tracks referral conversions and commissions earned regardless of the payment processor used for checkout (with the sole exception of TrialPay), so if your Google Checkout orders are not granting commissions, we can help you sort that out.
The account you're using to post here doesn't seem to be an active seller account, so I can't examine your actual seller account's logs and settings unless you provide its Client ID or Login Email. However, I can suggest some things to check on your own:
Look in your E-junkie Seller Admin > Transaction Log and see if any sales paid via Google Checkout are logged there. If not, then GC is not notifying us when they complete any payments for you, so our system has no way of knowing those orders were even placed. That would suggest something is amiss with your Google Checkout integration for our system, so you should double-check every step of that procedure, described here:
