Our master DB server got bogged down for a moment, which we noticed immediately as it was happening, so our Sysadmin was able to correct the situation within a minute or two. We've already obtained new DB server hardware to address this problem, so she'll be focusing on getting those prepped and online as a top priority now, to prevent this sort of thing from happening again in the foreseeable future.
