All E-junkie Notification emails, including our sale notification emails, should be sent to your E-junkie Login Email address. You may have disabled these notifications in your Seller Admin > Account Preferences.
Is this problem affecting all your PayPal checkouts, or just those using card-based Direct Payment, or just those using Express Checkout with the buyer's PayPal account? Do the missing option values appear in your E-junkie Seller Admin > View/Download Transaction Log?
