Our emails show PayPal fees, but never Google Checkout fees. This creates a lot of cross-checking to see how much GC is charging us (which changes, of course.) How can I see the Google Checkout fees in my e-junkie notifications?

E-junkie's Sale Notification emails do not report any transaction fees charged by the payment processor, as we are not informed about those fees in the first place.

You may also be getting payment receipt emails sent independently by PayPal or Google on their own, so that's probably where you're seeing fees reported by PayPal and not by Google. You should probably inquire with Google Checkout support regarding why they don't include your fees in their email or if it's possible to activate some setting to show your fees:

Hi Tyson, thanks so much for your quick response!

I am confused, as I do get emails from e-junkie showing transaction fees.

Here is a clip from an email I get from the address "notifications@e-junkie.com"

Instant Payment Notification Data

==========================

mc_gross: 79.00

<snip>

mc_fee: 2.04

The mc fee is the charge for mastercard, when processed by PayPal.

What do you think?

My apologies; I didn't realize we actually do report transaction fees from PayPal, but only in our Sale Notification emails. We can do that because PayPal does report their fees to us, whereas Google Checkout does not, nor does any other payment processor/gateway we integrate with.
