Hi
I always get 2 emails for every sell.
1st like SUCCESSFUL SALE - all ok!
2nd like : This is a notification that for the transaction .........., we were unable to notify your server at.......
what is wrong?

That 2nd message indicates you have set up a Notification URL for Webhook Integration, which either returned an error or did not respond when we attempted to transmit the order details to it for that transaction. If you can forward that email to support@e-junkie.com we may be able to clarify the problem for you.

I found that in your E-junkie Dashboard under Manage Seller Account > Edit Preferences > Webhook and Integrations, you have entered a Common Notification URL to receive a transmission of order details whenever we process a sale for you. That URL currently appears to be responding normally, so perhaps you have already fixed the problem by now; however, my test could not replicate an actual transmission of order data, so the URL may respond differently in that case.

Thanks for your reply. OK - if I delete webhook where in this case notification URL should be added?

If you want our system to transmit order details to an external script for additional custom processing once we're done processing the order for you, the Common Notification URL field mentioned above is the correct place to put the URL where that script can receive the data from us.

However, the script at that URL must be capable of accepting the data transmission by HTTP POST without returning any error message. If you're still not sure what the problem may be, please forward to support@e-junkie.com that "unable to notify your server" email you described, so we can see the actual error message included in that notification.

I can not modify COMMON notification... Only Webhook is available.
No problem. 1st: its not so fatal, -get email twice. 2nd - have wrote to support as you proposed.

Your Common Notification URL is not in the settings of any individual product. You will find that setting in your E-junkie Dashboard under Manage Seller Account > Edit Preferences > Webhook and Integrations > Webhook.

The error details you pasted above indicate the URL you have entered there is valid, but the script at that URL is not set up properly to receive data from us by HTTP POST. We cannot determine any more specific error details from our end, so you or the developer who provided that script will need to troubleshoot the problem with that script on that server.

Meanwhile, you may wish to stop the error notification emails by deleting that Common Notification URL setting, so we will stop trying to POST data to it every time we process an order for you.
